For issues within Eaglesoft, missing buttons or items not updating, delete/rename folder in this location:
C:\Users\Clinical\AppData\Local\Patterson_Companies
If issue is with starting up, like server not found or unable to bring up Technical Reference, look for "machine.config" in folder C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config. If file is missing you have to first make a copy of "machine.config.default" then rename that copy to "machine.config" in the same folder. That should allow it to see the server.
ODBC Error
C:\Eaglesoft\Shared Files; run OcxReg (it will not show a windows but you can monitor activity in Task Manager. Once it disappears its done). Test. If still not working go to same location but then rename "Eaglesoft.Client.Configuration.data" by adding OLD before or after. Try launching again and that usually takes care of it.
